James is a Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in leadership assessment, development, and coaching across public and private sectors. As the founder of Highgate Partners and an accredited Hogan trainer, he has worked with top organisations, including Premier League, Deloitte, and Alpine F1 Team. He has a jaw dropping ability to cut through the noise and identify what at's the heart of any challenge.
